The Center offers first-class meeting, breakout, seminar and banquet facilities for up to 140 in a convenient, relaxed setting only minutes from downtown Lansing and within a two-hour drive of 80 percent of Michigan's population.

Anderson Great Hall

Features a fieldstone fireplace, maple floors, cedar log interior, cathedral ceiling, and comfortable furnishings, making this room an excellent choice for informal meetings, retreats, strategic planning sessions or receptions.  Dimensions: (35’ 3” x 20’ 10”)

Hendy Conference Room

Adjacent to the Anderson Great Hall and Bengel Board Room this comfortable conference room features a wet bar with a table that seats 10 (the room can accommodate up to 15).

Can be rented separately or in conjunction with the Great Hall at a reduced rate to accommodate multi-purpose agendas. (Dimensions: 20’ x 14’ 3”)

Bengel Board Room

Features executive-level furnishings including a mahogany conference table that will accommodate 12, a wet bar, walkout deck and view of Priggooris Lake. (Dimensions: 24’ x 12’ 8')

DeVlieg Conservation Hall

A bright, airy and flexible room that can be set up to accommodate 140 theater-style, 82 classroom-style, or 88 banquet-style plus a head table. Features ground floor, walkout access to a covered patio and an adjacent prep kitchen. Perfect for workshops, seminars, classes, and receptions. (Dimensions: 29’ 10’ x 34’ 3’)

Large Conference Room

Accommodates 50 theater-style or 20 around a block of tables, our third-floor conference room with vaulted ceiling is great for larger board or committee meetings. (Dimensions: 15’ 8” x 28”)

Pole Barn

Our concrete-floored pole barn, complete with overhead lighting, two skylights, and restroom facilities seats 200 comfortably and can be configured to accommodate a variety of events or activities. It’s the perfect setting if you’re looking to stage a gathering with a woodsy, outdoors or informal feel.  

Available as purely a function space where you bring in your own fittings or fixtures – or can be set up theatre, banquet or classroom style for up to 150 guests by our own staff.

The Bengel Wildlife Center is handicapper-accessible, air-conditioned and rooms are A/V equipment capable or ready. Plenty of free parking is available adjacent to the main building in two lighted lots.

Complimentary coffee and water service is included with all Main Lodge room rentals. We also offer rental customers the flexibility of handling their own catering and A/V arrangements, or we are pleased to make these arrangements on the client’s behalf as part of their rental package. Please inquire.

Members of the Michigan Nonprofit Association are also eligible for preferred room rental pricing.
