HARVEST SOCIAL

BATH -- The Michigan Wildlife Conservancy, Friends of the Bengel Wildlife Center and SpagnuoloÕs Party Store & Deli announced their Fifth Annual Harvest Social to be held Saturday, October 15th, 1:00 Š 4:00 p.m. at the ConservancyÕs Bengel Wildlife Center.

Take a guided nature walk to the CenterÕs cranberry bog or walk the nature trails on your own. ChildrenÕs activities include pumpkin decorating, sidewalk chalk drawing and more. Enjoy ice cream with cranberries, tour the building, or browse The Dancing Crane Gift Shop. At 2:00 p.m. guests are invited to enjoy seminar and nature walk by noted edible plants expert and naturalist Peter Carrington

The Bengel Wildlife Center is located at 6380 Drumheller Road, Bath. Take Webster Road north from I69 to Drumheller Road (0.6 miles), turn east to gate (0.6 miles) on the right.

The Michigan Wildlife Conservancy is a non-profit organization that restores and enhances wildlife habitat statewide. The Bengel Wildlife Center is MichiganÕs only environmental training facility for those who alter the landscape, and the headquarters of the Michigan Wildlife Conservancy.
